Kacey and Croix are at it again catching one whopper of a fish. The fishing trip to Eagle River was six-year-old Croix’s bithday gift from mom and dad. His younger brother, five-year-old Colton, also had a birthday this month so it was an extra birthday gift for both boys. The fish (maybe a Northern Pike) was caught on a jig, with a minnow, in Meta Lake, Eagle River WI. The fish is 41 inches long. If this is a Northern Pike, the record for the longest Northern caught in the State of Wiscsonin is 46.25″. That Northern was caught on September 7, 2018 in Green Bay, Oconto County, Wisconsin.
I wonder if the boys will catch a record-breaking trophy fish this trip? GOOD LUCK!!!!
